Services
Cold Coffee Studios provides creative services including, but not limited to, video editing, motion graphics, social media content creation, commercial editing, brand content, creative consulting, and other digital media production services.
Project Acceptance
A project begins once a proposal or quotation has been approved, any required deposit has been received, and both parties have agreed on the project scope. Any work requested outside the agreed scope may require additional fees.
Pricing and Payments
Project pricing is provided through custom quotations. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are payable within the stated payment period, deposits may be required before work begins, and final files may be delivered after full payment has been received. Late payments may delay project completion or delivery.
Revisions
Unless otherwise specified in your proposal, reasonable revisions are included within the agreed project scope, additional revisions beyond the agreed limit may incur additional charges, and requests that significantly alter the original brief may be treated as a new project.
Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide accurate project information, supply necessary files, assets, and feedback in a timely manner, and ensure they have the legal right to use any materials submitted to us. Delays in providing required materials may affect project timelines.
Cancellations
Clients may cancel a project at any time by providing written notice. Work completed prior to cancellation remains billable, and deposits may be non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the project agreement
